I used to have a post revision plugin for Octopress and I love it. Here is my effort to achieve the same effect in Pelican.

Writing blogs is not a one-time thing. Maybe sometime after you posted a blog, you find a typo, or you get some feedback from your readers and want to further elaborate on some paragraph in your blog, and so on. So keep a revision history for each post is a good idea, not only for you, but also for your readers, to let them know that you're keep polishing your blogs.

This post describes the octopress-popular-posts for Octopress. Although there is one plugin that does the job, it used Google Page Rank to determine if a post is popular or not. I'd like to, however, use the page view of the post as metric.

It's always nice to display some blog stats, such as page view count, to give readers an sense how popular some site/posts are. Unfortunately, there is (or should I say 'was'?) no such plugin that does this job nicely for Octopress, so I decided to write one myself. And here comes the plugin called octopress-page-view.
